Welcome to Azure Beachfront Bliss

We’re thrilled to have you. To help you enjoy a seamless, relaxing stay, please take a moment to read through these helpful guidelines and house rules.

Location Note

The apartment is located on the beach side of Gold Coast Highway, but (remove but)however you’ll enjoy a peaceful beachfront experience with minimal road noise - just the relaxing sound of the ocean

Booking Requirements - Rental Agreement & ID Verification

To meet insurance and regulatory standards, we require all guests to complete a short-term rental agreement before check-in.

This process is quick and easy to do. 

You’ll receive a link to a digital copy to sign, along with a request for:
  1. Valid photo ID
  2. Selfie of the primary guest
  3. Brief description of the reason for your stay
This is a standard process for professionally managed properties.

All information is securely stored and kept strictly confidential.

Once submitted, your booking will be confirmed.

Booking Rules

Who Can Book:

The person making the booking must be staying at the property.

For business bookings, ensure the primary guest is listed in the reservation.

Guest Declaration

• All guests including infants and children must be included in the booking.
• No unregistered visitors are permitted.

Check-In & Check-Out

Self-Check-In (Lockbox)

Ideal for late or contactless arrivals.

Lockbox is 2.5 km away — we’ll send the location and code prior to your check in.

With 24 hours advance notice we can arrange to meet you at the property with the keys if you prefer to meet your Host. 

Upon Arrival

• Please inspect the apartment and report any concerns right away.
• Unreported damage may be considered the guest's responsibility after check-out.

Check-In: 3:00 PM

Check-Out: 10:00 AM

Late check-out? Request at least 72 hours in advance to avoid a $500 fee.

Lost & Found

Forgot something? We’re happy to return items by mail for a small handling and postage fee.

Cancellations & Insurance 

Our cancellation policy is strict. If you opt to book for a discounted stay with no cancellation there is no refund. We recommend securing travel insurance to protect your trip.

House Rules

Noise

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Please be considerate of other residents in the building.

Cleanliness

• Report any cleaning concerns on arrival.
• Guests are responsible for any damages incurred.
• Access for maintenance must be granted within 24 hours of notice if needed.


Restricted Product Use

Hair bleach, self-tanners, and similar products are not permitted - these may damage linens and furnishings.

Costs for cleaning or replacement will be charged to the guest.

No Smoking

• Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, including balconies and near open windows.
• Applies to cigarettes, vapes, cigars, and similar devices.
• Tampering with smoke alarms may result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Deep cleaning fees apply if smoke is detected.

Pets
• No pets are allowed on the property, in consideration of all guests' comfort and safety.

Prohibited Activities

• No parties, schoolies, or large gatherings
• No illegal substances or open flames
• Violations may result in a $1,000 fine and eviction.

 
Utilities & Facilities

Energy Use

• Turn off AC, lights, and appliances when not in use.

WiFi

Complimentary WiFi is provided.

For your convenience there is a WIFI Porter located in the apartment.

Simply follow the instructions in our guest book.

 

Cooking

• Please avoid cooking with heavily spiced or aromatic ingredients.
• A $200 cleaning fee may apply if odours require professional treatment.

 

Keys & Swipe Cards

• Lost or damaged keys/swipes will incur a replacement cost.

 

Checkout Guidelines

To prepare the space for cleaning:

• Return furnishings and décor to original placements
• No need to strip the beds
• Place used towels on the bathroom floor
• Load and start the dishwasher
• Use the waste chute on your apartment level for general rubbish
• Recyclables go in the yellow bin outside on the ground floor.

 

Shared Facilities

Pool Safety

• Use at your own risk — the pool is unsupervised
• Children under 14 must be supervised at all times
• No diving or running
• No glass or alcohol near the pool
• Keep noise levels low
• Swimwear required (no regular clothes in the pool)

Sauna

• Sit on a dry towel
• No children under 12 permitted
• Supervision required for guests under 18
• Only non-glass, non-metal drink containers allowed
• Avoid if pregnant or unwell

Spa

• No food or glass containers
• Children under 12 are not permitted
• Supervision required for guests under 18

BBQ Area

• Please clean thoroughly after use

 

Safety & Security

• Lock the apartment when you leave
• Supervise young children at all times on the balcony for their safety

Terms and Conditions – House Rules Acknowledgement

By booking a stay at AZURE Beachfront Bliss, you agree to comply with our house rules, which form part of our terms and conditions.

Depending on the platform used to book your stay, you may be required to acknowledge and accept these rules during the booking process. Acceptance of the house rules is mandatory prior to check-in.

We recommend reviewing the house rules carefully before your arrival. These rules may be updated at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check the current version prior to rebooking or contact us if you have any questions.

Failure to comply with the house rules may result in cancellation of your booking or additional charges as outlined in the full terms.
